Hola Habanero Amarillo 🌶🌶🌶

Habanero Amarillo has taken me in a whole different direction, I wanted something that was visually different to everything else and colour was the way to go; Yellow Habanero chilli peppers combined with yellow peppers and white wine vinegar gave me the colour I wanted but as it turned out it’s gave the jam a distinct citrus flavour and a medium heat – a bit looser in consistency due to lower pectin in yellow peppers but still delicious!!

My Achilles heel this one, I can do a whole pot with a grab bag of Doritos 😂
