Scorching Scotch Bonnet has that really distinct flavour that I love!

To manage the heat with this one I use Yellow Scotch Bonnets so you still get all the flavour but with a medium heat at the back of the tongue, great with vintage cheddar or as a marinade and baste on a BBQ!
