Our Background
Mad Chilli Jam was born from a genuine passion for chillies and a desire to create something truly unique. After growing our own chillies for many years, we found ourselves with an abundance of fruit at the end of one particularly successful season. Unable to find a chilli jam that matched our tastes, we decided to create our own. What began as a simple kitchen experiment soon became a labour of love, with the recipe being carefully refined and perfected over more than a decade.
Today, after over 10 years of development, we are proud to share our signature chilli jam with fellow food lovers, bringing together the perfect balance of flavour, sweetness, and heat that inspired the journey in the first place.
Our AWARD winning jams
We were incredibly proud and excited when our award-winning Cheeky Chipotle received 2 Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2024. While it has long been a customer favourite, gaining recognition from one of the food industry's most respected judging panels was a particularly rewarding milestone for us and a testament to the quality, flavour, and passion that go into every jar.
Since then, the Mad Chilli Jams range has continued to earn recognition at shows and festivals across the country, helping us introduce our products to an ever-growing audience.
